Hello,  

You are at this page to create a new email signature with our updated RockForce branding. 

In your client of choice, find signatures, then copy and paste the correct signature below.

For Outlook on Windows, signatures can be accessed via the settings gear, then clicking Accounts > Signatures > New Signature.    
For Outlook on a Mac, signatures can be accessed via the Outlook settings menu, then clicking Signatures > Click the Plus sign. 

There are two Signature options:
1. The first option is for RockForce corporate, or any employees from a legacy brand that have not been customer or workforce facing in their role.  
2. The second option is for anyone who previously worked for a legacy brand and was customer or workforce facing.  The second option includes a small line of text announcing the change, and the words "Legacy Brand" should be replaced with the respective company (e.g. James Thomas Productions, Bigger Hammer, etc) 

To copy the signature of your choice below, click and drag from the last line after the mobile number or the (black bar for option 2) and drag up until everything in the signature is highlighted including the image. Then push Ctrl+C on your keyboard.  

Once copied, paste into a new signature in your email client. Be sure to update the names, role, email address, and phone numbers to your respective values. You can also remove the office or mobile lines if you only wish to be contacted on a single line, or use the Rockforce main line currently in the signature (+1 717-470-3110.)

Make sure to set your default Send and Reply/Forward signatures to your newly created signature.

Once you have completed your new signature, send an email to signaturetest@rockforce.com, you should see your new signature in the email.  Please put 'signature test from your name' in the subject, and 'hello' in the message body.  


Important Notes:
1. Depending on your setup, this may need to be done on your phone as well if you use outlook mobile or a native email client.
2. When changing your name, you may lose the bolding.  Highlight the text and hit CTRL+B to re-bold the text.  
3. We are also finding that some people are having issues with copying the RockForce logo image over.  You may need to right click the image just below this, and save it somewhere on your computer.  Then replace the broken image in your signature with the image that was saved to your computer.

Signature 2 - For those who need to clarify a change to a legacy brand, use the signature below and update the Legacy Brand text to the brand (e.g. James Thomas Productions is now a RockForce Company or Bigger Hammer is now a RockForce company).
